Steiner Optics' Class 1 Infrared Laser OTAL Pointers are now available for commercial purchase. Designed with the same cutting-edge technology and quality MIL-SPEC housing as our high powered military devices, these 'Eye-Safe' lasers are powered with a Class 1 Infrared pointer for use with night vision devices.
Particularly suitable for Law Enforcement agencies that engage in CQB work, these lasers feature a <0.7mW power output and are not restricted by the FDA. The Class 1 lasers are eye-safe, won't harm the public, and lower the potential for frivolous lawsuits while still maintaining a 250 yard operational range.
The OTAL is an offset tactical aiming laser designed to be used with M4 style rifles.
The OTAL “Offset: Tactical Aiming Laser” IR features a low-profile and lightweight design with an infrared laser that when used with night vision devices will engage targets out to 250 meters.
